An apprenticeship at WISE Energy offers an exceptional pathway for aspiring tradespeople, providing hands-on experience across a diverse range of skills.

You’ll begin your journey in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where you’ll gain a strong understanding of both our equipment and the entire manufacturing process. Apprentices are immersed in every stage of electrical manufacturing, from 3D design and laser cutting to folding, welding, powder coating, and switchboard assembly.

While this initial phase may seem intensive, it lays a solid foundation—equipping you with the practical skills and confidence to tackle any challenge as a future electrician.

As you progress through your apprenticeship, you’ll expand your expertise with exposure to site work, automation, system breakdowns, renewables, and industrial projects.

Although each apprentice may have a primary focus—whether in the workshop or on-site—everyone at WISE Energy benefits from a broad spectrum of experiences, ensuring you graduate with a well-rounded, highly sought-after skill set.

Additionally both apprentices and tradespeople will be given future opportunities for continuous professional development based on their role and business requirements.
