No matter who supplied or installed your system, WISE Energy can help. Several established names in the renewable energy industry have recently entered administration or stopped trading, leaving owners without anyone to call when something goes wrong. If that is you, you are not stranded.
We are offering this as a free service wherever we can.
Depending on the reported fault and the type of equipment, some diagnosis or repair work may involve a charge. Any cost is entirely at WISE Energy's discretion and will always be explained and agreed with you before any chargeable work begins. No surprise bills — just honest help from licensed professionals.
Systems we can support
Our CEC-accredited, licensed electricians work across all major off-grid, hybrid and battery platforms — including Victron, Deye and most lithium (LFP) battery systems — as well as solar arrays, inverters and switchboards. If your original supplier is no longer around, we can step in to diagnose faults, restore operation and keep your power on.
Sky Energy support
If you own a Sky Energy or SkyBox system and can no longer reach the original provider, WISE Energy can help. We can assess the system, diagnose faults and get you running again. WISE Energy is independent and not affiliated with Sky Energy.
Red Earth Energy support
Owners of Red Earth Energy systems who need service or fault-finding can contact WISE Energy for independent support. We can inspect your setup, identify the issue and advise the best path forward. WISE Energy is independent and not affiliated with Red Earth Energy.
