A family with a big off-road caravan wanted to free-camp for a week at a time without hunting for powered sites or listening to a generator. Their factory setup couldn't keep up.
What we did
We upgraded the van to a LiFePO4 lithium system with rooftop solar and DC-DC charging from the tow vehicle, plus a pure-sine inverter for 240V appliances and smart monitoring. Neat, safe wiring throughout — done by licensed trades.
The result
Days of genuine off-grid freedom: fridge, lights, induction cooktop and devices all running comfortably, topping up from solar by day and the alternator while driving. And because rebates can apply to caravans, the upgrade cost less than expected — we checked their eligibility as part of the quote.
